Visitors and cooking-averse residents alike can delight in knowing Mahina & Sun’s is offering a special three-course Thanksgiving dinner. Executive Chef Erik Leong created a menu that showcases Hawai’i’s bounty alongside holiday favorites like turkey and sweet potato pie. The farm-to-table style meal is complete with a fresh lineup of five fall cocktails by bar lead Ross Lewis.
Three-Course Thanksgiving Feast
Course No. 1
Baked potato soup with crispy potato skin, bacon and chives

Kabocha salad with arugula, Craisins, pumpkin seeds and goat cheese
Course No. 2
Turkey two ways: roasted turkey legs -OR- turkey breast milanese
Sides include gravy, corn bread stuffing, braised greens and roasted carrots with a choice of rice or ulu mash

Slice of toasted sweet potato pie made with a graham cracker crust and candied ginger
