Calling all cocktail lovers! Even though fall doesn’t mean much to us here in Hawai’i as far as weather (yep, still 80 degree days), Mahina & Sun’s is getting into the seasonal spirit with a new lineup of adult bevs that’ll warm you up on the inside.

Whether you fancy whiskey or gin, a spicy sip, or want to take your taste buds on a tropical trip—ie. li hing mui infused tequila—the fall cocktail menu is sure to satisfy. Find a seat at the bar or kick back poolside with a drink in your hand, because whether it’s winter, spring, summer or fall, you can pretty much always get some sunshine in a cup at our swell little spot in Waikiki.

Golden Comfort
3/4 oz Cynar
3/4 oz Overholt rye whiskey
1/2 oz orgeat
1/2 oz lemon juice
garnished with a lemon twist

Exotic Paradise
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz falernum
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Pimm’s
1/2 oz pineapple juice
garnished with orange swath and flower

Don’t be Koi
1.5 Kapena tequila (li hing mui infused)
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz dry curacao
1/2 oz lilikoi juice
garnished with li hing mui. salt and tajin rim and a lime slice

Kohana Mana
1.5 oz Kohana agricole rum
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 roasted pepper simple
splash pineapple juice
dash chile bitters
garnished with a pineapple wedge

Bermuda Triangle
1/2 oz green Chartreuse
1/2 oz yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 Albariño wine
1/2 oz Bénédictine
garnished with a lemon triangle swath
