Yogis & surfers! Excited to announce a few offerings coming up @thesurfjack one week from today! If you add me here on Instagram or sign up for my newsletter on my website (link in bio) I will send you a special 50% off code for either the below. Spots are limited so sign up! 2nd & 4th Tuesday’s of the month, Surf Restore yoga class. This month Nov 12th or 26th, 5:30-6:45pm. First 45 minutes of class we strengthen muscle groups for optimal surf performance & paddling, last 30 we wind it down in true Gerry Lopez form, local surfer & Yin yogi for a blissful Yin/Restorative practice to create deep stretch & release from those big paddle days. $20 Additionally, starting Dec 1, I will be offering a yoga & herbal handicraft workshop 1st Sunday’s of the month 9-11am. One hour of yoga followed by another hour learning about local plant medicine and creating a herbal handicraft to take home. December we will create a replenishing after sun/surf skin mister. $45 Yoga mats provided by Lululemon.
