Mahina & Sun’s bar program, voted one of Hawai’i Magazine’s ‘Top 5 Best Bars in Hawai’i,’ is spearheaded by Executive Bar Czar, Christian Taibi. Our cocktails are handcrafted using a collection of local ingredients, each with a unique New York style and technique.

A tribute to classic New York style, our Bibb & Tucker Whiskey Manhattan is batched with spices and served with a touch of chocolate. It’s a drink that embodies sophistication and indulgence.

Our menu offers dishes that showcase the evolution of Hawaii’s comfort foods. Led by Kānaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian) Executive Chef Erik Leong, his innovative approach provides travelers with a unique taste of Hawai’i, and locals with a sense of familiarity.

Our commitment to fresh, locally-sourced ingredients shines through in our signature dish, the ‘Off the Hook’. Depending on the day’s catch, you might savor opakak, mahimahi, or ono, each prepared to perfection and paired with uala puree, asparagus, and a decadent lemon butter coconut sauce.
