YOGA FLOW

This class is focused on connecting your breath to your movement while flowing through postures that will have you feeling open and strong—a yoga flow that will have you building strength while having fun at the same time. Expect to work on finding a still but strong mind in the midst of challenging your body physically. Be ready to turn up the heat, break a sweat and finish your practice off with some cool down stretches.
