March 19, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for a book signing and panel discussion featuring visiting James Beard award-winning Chef Vivian Howard and James Beard award-nominated Chef Ed Kenney.

From 6-7pm, attendees have the option to purchase a signed copy of Chef Howard’s debut cookbook—a New York Times Best-Seller—Deep Run Roots: Stories and Recipes from My Corner of the South. For every book purchased, $45 will be donated to Les Dames d’Escoffier.

From 7-8pm, listen in as Chef Howard and Chef Kenney talk about today’s need for farm-to-table food. The conversation will be moderated by Jo McGarry Curran & Haley Matson-Mathes.

Small bites from select recipes in Vivian’s cookbook will be served by Mahina & Sun’s.
