Join #IslandBungalowHawaii for a block printing workshop. Learn the 12th century art of wood block printing on fabric. Get creative with island inspired blocks created especially for Island Bungalow Hawaii, or use their vintage blocks from India. You will learn a little history about block printing and we will share our techniques. Each participant will leave having stamped 2 tea towels. $45 fee includes all materials + lite refreshment

About your instructor:
Amerjit Ghag has been a textile/clothing designer for 20 years. She owns Island Bungalow Hawaii, a lifestyle boutique in Kailua. She started in store workshops that reflect artisan techniques of her products and lifestyle. Favorite workshops include block printing, indigo alchemy, meditation, the art of mandala and dream catchers.
