PET POLICY
At The Surfjack, pets are part of the “ohana” and we love making sure they feel right at home. While we are a pet-friendly hotel, owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
🐾 ALWAYS CLEAN UP
If your pet has an accident in the lobby or elevators, please clean it up immediately or contact the front desk for assistance.
🐾 POOP BAGS PROVIDED
Complimentary FIDO HOUSE bags are available across from the front desk for your convenience.
🐾 HOUSEKEEPING ACCESS
Pets must be crated if you would like room attendants or maintenance staff to service your room.
🐾 LANAI (BALCONY) & FEEDING REMINDER
Never leave your pet unattended on the lanai or leave the lanai door open, as this can disturb other guests. Additionally, please do not leave pet food on the lanai, as it attracts pigeons.
🐾 BARKING COURTESY
To ensure a quiet environment for all guests, we ask that pets not be left unattended if they bark excessively. If noise remains an issue, we may assist you in finding alternative accommodations.
🐾 INDOOR PEE PADS ONLY
Pee pads should be used indoors only and never on the lanai. If an accident occurs on the lanai, please clean it up or notify the front desk.
🐾 GUEST WAIVERS
Upon arrival, the registration card includes the following accepted acknowledgments:
– “If I am a guest traveling with a pet, I accept full responsibility for my pets and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club from any claim or expenses related to my pets.”
– “As a guest, I acknowledge that The Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club is pet-friendly and the hotel is not liable for any damage arising from any pet.”
